Notification Settings

Scope: SessionAudit 1.0

SessionAudit reports can be sent to those concerned via e-mail. In order to send report outputs via e-mail, Notification Settings must be made. Notification Settings are global and 1 can be defined. Authenticated: Uses a username and password to send mail on the mail server system. This is the recommended configuration. Anonymous: Does not require a username and password to send mail on the mail server system. The IP address of the server must be granted relay permission in the Mail system. This is a not recommended configuration.

Enter the address of the mail server in the Server Name field. IP address or server Name/FQDN information can be entered. Supports 256 characters. Whether the communication with the mail server is carried out through a secure channel is determined by the TLS setting. If TLS is checked, secure communication is used. In the From field, the information from whom the e-mail is sent is written. If it will be a mail sent by authenticating, the mail address to be written here must be a valid address. If Authentication is selected, Username and password fields must be filled. Username is the username and password of the e-mail address to be used. username may vary depending on the system used, for example: username, domain\username, username@domain.com are supported. An e-mail address is entered in the Test E-Mail field to test the mail settings and can be tested by clicking the Test button.
