One of the first things to be done after logging in with the admin user is to enter a license. Demo or term licensing application can be made by contacting sales@sessionaudit.com. After the appropriate licensing is done, the file with the lic extension sent to the e-mail address can be entered on the License Management screen. In order to obtain the license, the Machine ID information on the License Management screen must be shared with Arksoft Software. Without this information, the appropriate license cannot be produced.

When the licensing model is changed, a new lic file is needed. Arksoft Software sales team will share the appropriate file with the licensee.

Machine ID is a unique 65-character string. It is produced specifically for the computer it is installed on. Therefore, the lic file will only work on this computer. When SessionAudit try to install on another computer, it will not work with a lic file that is not produced specifically for.

To install lic license file click File Select button.

Select license file then click Save button to save license information. After save licensing information will change.
